GIN & JUICE @ NO131 CHELTENHAM

I would go as far to say this is the best bar in Cheltenham! NO this is not a drill, This is not an AD ... see for yourself.

This bar is actually in the grounds of No131 boutique hotel in Cheltenham and what a treat it was! The whole place was stunning but this bar was a luxurious addition to say the least.

First up is the garden bar... Undercover in a lovely white gazebo wrapped around the entire front of the hotel , the atmosphere is buzzing and not short of tables. It really is the perfect date night location or a cosy drink with friends or family.

Large woodland tables for candle lit dining settings or more intimate bar stool tables/sofas for cute catch ups, there really is something for everyone.

It wouldn't be true #CocktailQueen style if there wasn't any epic and totally instagrammable cocktails around the joint! 

Say hello to my two favs:

"Pink strawberry candyfloss Gin" 25ml £7.20 50ml 14.40 topped with a mountain of pink candyfloss heaven , pretty flowers and paired with the recommended mixer double dutch skinny tonic.  

“Blue shimmer candy floss gin” 25ml £7.20 50ml £14.40 of course topped with a mountain of blue candy floss & pretty flowers , paired with the recommended mixer of “double Dutch cucumber & watermelon tonic

What would you do, eat the candy floss or mix it into your drink? I mean not gonna lie I chomped loads then mixed it cause people were looking at me haha!

So you thought the garden bar was amazing... wait until you see the actual bar. Lets take a look inside ...

The feel inside is very intimate, quirky & dimly lit for a whole other vibe. Pictures framing the ceiling, floral centre pieces & a small jungle of plants threaded through the entirety of the bar.

A stunning golden glow of orb lights and candles fed through to give a real warm and cosy feel throughout. 

For me this is the place to be, I am absolutely gutted that we didn't have more time to spend here because it really was 10/10 for me. I would have liked to try a lot more of the menu as there is over 350 gin types on the menu paired with refreshing fever tree mixers. If i am totally honest Gin & Juice changed my entire taste buds when it comes to Gin because I wasn't a fan before coming here.

Here we have the “Gin ting , passion fruit , mango & elder flower” 25ml £5.80 50ml £11.60 accompanied by “ @fevertreemixers Mediterranean tonic” 🥭

How refreshing this drink was is an understatement! Totally recommend this. I just love the added flowers & fruit that really make it pop. Not to mention the glassware totally fits the entire theme and vibe.

“Two birds watermelon” 25ml £6.50 50ml £13.00 accompanied by “Fresh fruit & @fevertreemixers lemonade” 🍉 Again totally refreshing watermelon beauty.

To summarise... I would totally go back again, gutted is an understatement regarding the fact that there isn't a Gin & Juice closer by and its the farthest thing from a catfish I have been to so I am soooooo glad about this because I have had a few disappointing venues in the past but this i'm happy to say isn't one of them!

You are definitely not going to be stuck for choice & if you don't like Gin you will after coming here :)
